This beautiful circle dress is made from white cotton/polyester piquet and is topped with a criss-cross black piping throughout the skirt. The bodice is covered with lovely black and white Guipure lace, perfectly accenting the skirt. The skirt has a tulle crinoline accented with additional Guipure lace on the hemline, which dips lower than the skirt itself. Spaghetti straps. This dress appears to have never been worn - it is in mint condition. There are two labels, the first being the designer's which says Bill Blass Evening. The second gives the fabric contents, the country of manufacture, the RN number, care information, and the size, which is an 8. Will fit a 34"-36" bustling and a waistline of approximately 29.5". The hips measurement is free.
